Ideally located house, adjacent to a sandy beach in the center of a small seafront town. It is completely renovated in a modern and minimalist style, but still boasts the charming spirit of what was once a fisherman's house. Testament to this are the multiple boats that are still sprinkled along the way to the beach. The house is accessed through a front terrace with barbecue area, where the ground floor is composed of an integrated dining and livingroom with a large 50” smart-TV and a fully equipped adjoining kitchen and a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor is the air conditioned master bedroom with a double bed, a secondary bedroom with a bunk bed with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. On the third floor there is an interior rest area through which you can access a spaceous chill-out terrace with a large and comfortable sofa to take in the spectacular views of the mountains and Teide and a small terrace that overlooks the sea to enjoy the tranquility and inspiring views of the Atlantic. Without a fobt, a highlight of the house is the possibility to enjoy the exterior space throughout the year, given the famous warm temperatures of the south of Tenerife. An ideal option for families with children, as there is a small park in front of the house and access to the beach is via a secure pathway. Parking is easily found in front of the house in the town square. A perfect place to enjoy a quiet beach environment that preserves the Canarian atmosphere, away from the large crowded tourist centers, while still being in the attractive Southern portion of the island.
