"Chy Lowen, a reverse-level home has an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area, a king-size bedroom, a triple bunk room, and a shower room. Appliances consist of an electric oven and hob, combi microwave/oven, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, hairdryer, Smart TV, and a selection of books and games. Outside there is an enclosed decked balcony with furniture, roadside parking. One well-behaved dog welcome, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included, along with a highchair and stairgate. You'll find a shop and the beach in 0.3 miles, and pub in 0.1 miles. Enjoy the best of Cornwall's coastline from Chy Lowen. Note: There are steps up to the property, and access is around the rear. Note: The stairs are narrow and no handrail on upper stairs; please take care."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
