The patio -with its touches of greenery- invites you to enjoy a delicious breakfast before heading to the beach and to relax on the exterior sofa at the end of the day. The property is located in the centre of the town and there are neighbours around. The two-story townhouse offers comfortable and cozy rooms. The living room is perfect for cooling off with AC while watching TV and also offers a fireplace. The spacious dining room is ideal to taste the dishes cooked in the kitchen, with a gas stove. In the house you will also find a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs we find a work area that leads to the other 3 rooms, all with double bed and wardrobe and one with access to a terrace. On this floor, there is a second bathroom with a bathtub. If you are travelling with your baby we can provide a cot and a high chair. Porto Cristo is a traditional tourist destination within the island. In it you will find all the services for an independent stay such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. The large beach of Port de Manacor is characterised by its fine golden sand, its beauty and its wonderful promenade, full of trees. You can also go to the nearest golf course to practice your favourite sport or visit one of the jewels of our island, the Caves of Drach. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years. You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner.
