Enjoy the good weather in this fantastic house situated on the outskirts of Porto Petro. You can take advantage of pleasant evenings in the furnished porch, make delicious barbecues and enjoy the tranquility of the countryside while being very close to the town. The porch around the house has various corners where you can relax. In one of the terraces on the first floor, you are going to be able to sunbathe on one of the sun loungers or have a tasty breakfast under the sun umbrella. There are neighbours. It is a 220 m2 two-storey house in which from the main porch you can have access to the wonderful living-dining room, where our guests can get relaxed watching TV-SAT and light the fire in colder days. The kitchen, meanwhile, includes gas hob and a dining table with 4 chairs, among others. The laundry, instead, is provided with washing machine, iron and ironing board. On this floor, there are four of the six dormitories. Two of these bedrooms boast a double bed, fan, wardrobe and another one also has an en-suite bathtub bathroom. The other two dormitories feature two single beds plus wardrobe and fan as well. That floor is basically completed with a toilet and a bathtub bathroom. In addition, you gain access to the upper floor from the exterior stairs, where there is another living-dining room equipped with TV, a gas hob kitchen, a bathtub bathroom and the two remaining bedrooms, both of them with fan and wardrobe. One of these two has a double bed and the other, two single beds. The house is acclimated with oil central heating. Portopetro is a coastal village of Santanyí coast. It has a great variety of sandy beaches and very close coves of great beauty. By driving only 3 minutes, you can reach Cala Mondragó and s’Amarador, the stunning virgin beach and jewel of the well-known Parque Natural de Mondragó. As well as this, in only 5 minutes by car, you will reach Santanyí town. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years. You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner.
