This lovely apartment overlooks Lake Maggiore. The view is wonderful especially at the sunset. You can berth your boat or canoe directly under the house! The small village of Porto Valtravaglia is 1 km away, while the center of Germignaga is 6 km and Luino 8 km away from where ferries leave for other areas of Lake Maggiore and the Borromean Islands. Outside there is a small but lovely terrace overlooking the lake, in the cooler evenings you can use a small fireplace in the living room. The parking is located on the roof of the house, which is located at street level, ideal solution for houses that are built on the lakefront. For trekking lovers, from the nearby Germignaga starts a bicycle-pedestrian path of 8 km that runs largely along the river. Along the lake, you can dine in nice restaurants and taste the local delicacies. It is possible to rent for a fee: wi-fi modem, high chair and cot.
