Located in a quiet area of Protaras within walking distance to the famous beaches of Protaras and a 3-minute walking distance from Profitis Elias (a small attractive stone church set atop a rocky crag), Villa Marizan offers mature gardens which adds to the guest privacy, plenty of space for sun lounging around the private swimming pool & outdoor dining with BBQ area. Inside offers all the comforts of a home away from home with open plan living area, dining, and fully equipped kitchen, including a refridgerator, oven, microwave, kettle & a large breakfast table. The living room comes equipped with a comfortable large sofa, International satellite T.V, DVD player & WIFI. The dinning room can comfortably seat 6 - 8 persons and the guest WC is adjacent to the living room. When you’re ready for bed, you’ll find that the properties bedrooms are more than comfortable. The Villa consists of 3 bedrooms, The first bedroom has a large double bed, black out blinds, air-conditioning, bedside tables / with lamps & large mirrors, ample wardrobe space & direct access to the outdors leading to the private swimming pool. The second bedroom has a large double bed, black out blinds, air-conditioning, bedside tables / with lamps & large mirrors, ample wardrobe space and lastly the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds, black out blinds, air-conditioning, bedside tables with lamps. All 3 bedrooms have use of the family shower room. Just a short walk from the main road of Protaras, the Ayios Elias church offers wondrous views of Protaras town while in the evenings, the church is beautifully illuminated and is the show piece of the area. Overall Villa Marizan Is a well presented holiday home, ideal for families with lot's of great features.
