Villa 028 is located in a private gated complex on an exclusive development in Pernera. The complex is accessed by a barrier key fob and sits in a prime position, being only a few minutes stroll to the many shops, bars and restaurants. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac the villa has gated off-road parking. The garden and pool area is fenced off from the open patios to the front of the property. The villa compliments the other four properties that we have on the same complex, making it perfect for a number of groups holidaying together (please also view villas 012 and 173 as well as apartment 175). This property is superbly furnished with modern designer furniture enhanced with green decorative touches to create a positive mood. The light wooden furniture is perfectly complimented by the brown leather style seats. From the moment you enter the front door you notice the beautiful attractive canvases and accessories of candles and vases. Relax in the cool air conditioning on a comfy leather 3 piece suite, enjoy watching the satellite channels on the flat screen TV or connect to the villa’s free WiFi . A patio door with blinds leads to the front patio of the property. Prepare your meals or drinks in the fully equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, electric oven and hob and microwave. Enjoy watching the children splashing in the sparkling pool through the large window, with blind, situated above the sink. The ground floor also has a convenient w/c, a useful vanity mirror and a storage shelf over the hand basin. The dining area boasts a chunky wooden dining table with 6 chairs to enjoy your family meals around. Further patio doors lead to the stunning pool and rear patios. Step out onto the private patio where you can enjoy al fresco dining, a large glass table and chairs are provided. There is also a parasol and base to provide shade if required. Enjoy soaking up the glorious Cypriot sunshine on the sunbeds provided, through the long, hot summer days. Large decorative pots and palm plants add to the tropical holiday feel. An outdoor shower and a BBQ complete your outdoor facilities. A central staircase, complete with handrail leads to the property’s 1st floor where there are two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and a large family bathroom with shower over bath, a vanity mirror complete with shaving socket and handy under sink storage for your toiletries. All three bedrooms have matching furniture of bedside cabinets, fitted wardrobes, windows with voile curtains and air conditioning. The master double bedroom benefits from patio doors to the front of the property, which leads onto a private balcony. It also benefits from an ensuite shower room with window, and has the added luxury of a dressing table with vanity mirror. The stairs continue to the 2nd floor of the property where the roof top terrace is equipped with an incredibly cozy lounge, consisting of a rattan table and chairs and is the perfect place to unwind after a busy day, with your evening cocktail. Overall, this property is ideal for family fun. The new floodlit boardwalk and coastal path means Protaras is now less than a 20-minute ocean-side stroll away from Pernera, day or night. The local water park in Pernera is ideal for families with its water rides, eateries and relaxing areas.
