Villa Tias is located in the neighbourhood of Los Mojones and comes fully equipped to provide for the needs of guests. With four air-conditioned bedrooms, two of which are en-suite, that lead out onto sunlit terraces you can ensure that your stay will be a comfortable one. The kitchen is fully fitted with the appliances that you may need to self-cater and even comes with a water purification system, which will save the hassle of having to buy bottled water. As well as being equipped with these essentials, there are a number of features of the villa that will make your stay that much more luxurious. These include a jacuzzi, a heated swimming pool with electric cover, free Wifi, and a 55” HD TV with DVDs and music system. When staying at this villa, you will be able to benefit from being located close to the Old Town of Puerto del Carmen. This old fishing village is now the main tourist hotspot of the island of Lanzarote. It contains a variety of restaurants, many of which offer pleasant views of both the marina and the volcanic peaks of the island. You will not be at a loss for shopping and nightlife either, with the New Town being a short walk away. In terms of leisure activities there are a multitude of options that will satisfy both the intrepid and those who prefer to take things at a slower pace. These include a theme park, boat trips, deep sea fishing, island excursions, golf courses, diving, mini golf, go karting, tennis , bike hire, shopping centre, spas, horse riding, whale museum and a Water Park. #### Features Bedrooms: 2 Kings and 2 Twins with fitted wardrobes, bedside tables.
