"This single-storey cottage rests on a working farm and has an open-plan living space with a kitchen, a dining area for two guests, and a sitting area with TV. Amenities include an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, and fridge/freezer. There is one double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed patio with furniture and barbecue, and off-road parking. Within 1.2 miles, there is a shop and pub. Please note, pets and smoking are not permitted. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A highchair is available on request. Note: In the interest of fairness your usage of Gas and Electricity during your stay will be charged directly from the owner afterwards for all booking between October and end of April. Note: Guests have access to a shared, outdoor heated swimming pool, tennis court, and table tennis. Whisk your other half away to Byre Cottage 1 for a relaxing break in the Sussex countryside."
