A spiral staircase leads to the ground floor with living room, bathroom and double bedroom. The living room leads onto a small terrace (without gate) which leads onto road. Ideal location to visit the Ligurian Riviera. The property is located 10 minutes away from the fabulous beach promenade of Zoagli (beach and cliffs) and a few minutes by car from Santa Margherita and the renowned tourist resort of Portofino. Nature lovers can enjoy wonderful panoramic views from the many hiking trails in the hills, through which you can explore the Gulf and its historic hamlets.
