Details of the Cottage
"The living areas in this single-storey home consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of two doubles, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is a front lawn with patio and furniture, an enclosed side patio with hot tub, and off-road parking for two cars. Three well-behaved dogs are welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. Highchair and travel cot available. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 1 mile and a pub in 0.4 miles. Kensa is a wonderful base for Cornish escape. Note: The front lawn is not enclosed. Note: Phone signal can be intermittent at times. Note: Smart TV but no Freeview (sign into own apps including Netflix). Note: Please take care when driving in and out."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
