The bedrooms consist of a king-size with TV, a second-floor double and a single, along with a bathroom and cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear patio with furniture and hot tub and roadside parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Within 0.5 miles you will find a shop and pub and within 0.6 miles, the River Ribble and please note that two well-behaved pets are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Oak Tree View is a charming dwelling, ideal for a family retreat in Lancashire. Note: No child facilities.
