"5 Lower Elms is a detached cottage with a kitchen/diner, sitting room and utility. Appliances include an oven and hob, microwave, fridge, TV. The bedrooms include a double, twin and a bunk, served by a bathroom. Outside is a private patio with furniture and roadside parking is available.Travel cot available upon request. Within 0.7 miles there is a shop, 0.3 miles there is a pub and within 2 miles there is a beach and please note, two well behaved dogs are welcome, but sorry, there is no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. 5 Lower Elms is a wonderful stay in a charming part of Cornwall. Please note: Beach towels are not provided, please bring your own. Please note: The stove in the lounge does not currently work"
