This cottage, a former barn, is situated on the hill above the beaches of Rosignano Solvay (2 km), in a quiet location and close to a country house where the apartments ITK110 and ITK133 are. Each unit has a private area in the garden. The beach promenade offers clubs and bathing establishments. Nearby you will also find beautiful white beaches that are in no way inferior to the Caribbean Sea! In Rosignano Solvay a weekly market is held on Monday morning. The town Castiglioncello, with its open-air summer cinema and different markets, is 5 km away. Via the state road Aurelia (2 km) you can easily reach the towns of Livorno (25 km) and Piombino (40 Km, Ferry to the Island Elba). The charming Etruscan town of Volterra is less than an hour away and accessible by driving through a beautiful hilly landscape.
