This house is located directly on the Baltic coast. The Baabe Beach Park is located in the middle of a gorgeous forest. In addition to the high comfort this stylish home offers, its location is also unique - the beautiful sandy beach is just a few steps away. The beach road is undoubtedly the 'boulevard' of Baabe, where cosy cafes and restaurants await you. You can browse for holiday souvenirs in the numerous small shops. The hot tub, the fireplace and the sauna make this house ideal for any season. From the airfield in Güttin, you can go on a sightseeing flight trip and enjoy a bird's-eye view of Rügen's unique landscape with the incomparable lagoons and the coastline. EXTRAS in the house: Childproof sockets. Smoke alarm. There is one parking space near the house and another one which is chargeable, about 800 metres away. Smoking is not permitted. This is suitable for 4 adults + 2 Children and has a childproof staircase. Please note: construction work nearby from 01/01/2017 until 31/12/2019.
