Details of the Villa

The exterior is perfect to enjoy the summer days on the island: an 8 x 3 meter chlorine pool, sun loungers, a wonderful garden area, a porch with an outdoor dining table and a mobile barbecue. The property is fenced and the privacy is total. The one-story house emanates warmth and light. The main room brings together the living room, dining room and kitchen in the same space. It is equipped with a sofa, a TV and a ceramic hob. There are 3 bedrooms with AC in the house, two of them with twins, kitchenette and en suite bathroom with bathtub, and the third has a double bed. There is a third bathroom with a shower in the house. We can provide you with a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby. Finally, the house is equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The house is located on the outskirts of sa Pobla, already on the way to go to one of the best beaches on the island, Playa de Muro. The town offers all the necessary services for an independent stay including, shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. I you like golf, you will only have to drive 9.3 km to play on the beautiful course of Pollensa. Pets are welcomed! The holding of events is forbidden. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. There is exterior parking for 2 cars. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax.
