Details of the Villa

After a day touring the wonderful corners of the island, there is nothing like spending the afternoon swimming in the private salt pool of this house. It sizes 6 x 3.5 meters and has a depth that ranges from 1.20 to 1.70 meters. The area offers sun loungers and an outdoor shower to cool off quickly. Under the porch you can enjoy delicious grilled meats cooked on the mobile barbecue. The property has direct neighbours although privacy is total. The one-storey house has a classic and comfy style. The living room offers AC and TV-sat. The dining room has capacity for 6 people. The separate kitchen is equipped with a gas stove. The laundry room is located on the other side of the pool and has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. In the house we find 3 bedrooms -2 with a double bed and the last one with twin beds - two of them with AC. There are two bathrooms, both with bathtubs. Lastly, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair if you are travelling with your baby. Sa Pobla is a town of great character and tradition that offers all the necessary services for an independent stay. The closest beach is in Muro, about 13 km away, although you can visit other equally beautiful beaches in Puerto de Pollensa or Can Picafort. An excursion through the Sierra de Tramuntana or a day playing golf in Pollensa are other activities that you can enjoy in the area. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. There is covered parking for 2 cars. Guests will not have access to the upper part of the building or to one of the rooms on the other side of the pool as they are storage areas of the property. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years. You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner.
