"The three bedrooms consist of two doubles and a twin which share access to a bathroom and cloakroom. Additionally, there is a kitchen and living/dining room with a woodburning stove. In the kitchen lies an electric double oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and a dishwasher. There is also a TV and WiFi for entertainment. Outside, you will find three handy allocated parking places, including boat parking, as well as an enclosed, multi-level back garden with patio, gravelled area, lawned area, barbecue and furniture. There is central heating with a woodburning stove. The fuel and power are included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are also included. Two well-behaved furry friends are welcome. Sorry, no smoking is allowed here. The shop is within 0.8 miles of the barn conversion, the pub is within 0.7 miles and the beach is 1.9 miles away.
