Details of the Cottage
"Set across one floor and hosting one double bedroom, along with a shower room, open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining and sitting area, as well as a utility cupboard housing a freezer and washing machine. The kitchen contains an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave and a fridge. For entertainment, guests are provided with two TVs and WiFi. Outside there is ample off-road parking and an enclosed balcony with furniture. The central heating is powered by Calor Gas and is included in the rental price, along with bed linen, towels and power. One well-behaved dog is welcome, however please ensure pets are supervised at all times. Please be mindful that smoking is not permitted at the property. There is a shop within 1.3 miles and a pub within 0.1 miles. Lavender Lodge makes a wonderful escape for a couple looking to getaway from it all. "

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
