"White Rabbit, Cross Lane is a single-storey property consisting of a kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, washing machine and dishwasher, a living/dining room with seating for six guests, Smart TV and electric stove-effect fire, and a conservatory. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with TV, a twin and a bunk, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio and barbecue and off-road parking for three cars is available. Within 2.4 miles you will find a shop, within 1.8 miles, a pub and within 0.6 miles, a beach and please note that two well-behaved pets are welcome, additional pets may be considered on request, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A travel cot and highchair are also available. "All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
