Located in the center of the Rambla of Poblenou and just few steps away from the beaches and Barcelona's historical district. The UD - MA Units have been reformed on winter 2016, with modern design and with all needed features. The unit is composed by: 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom 1 living room with double sofa bed (usable in case you have a short visit during your stay) 1 bathroom with shower, hair dryer, towels heater and all the amenities 1 fully equipped kitchen with all utensils Rich in amenities and features: TV Sat, Free Wifi, Washer/dryer, AiCo, Coffee machine, Dish Washer, Hair Dryer, Owen MRW, Alarm, Towels Heater, Kettle and Nespresso Coffee machine, Bath amenities. RENTAL MODE Self-Catering Units without reception on site. On-site/Online Check In, payment by cash/credit card, End of Stay Cleaning, Welcome Pack, Cleaning pack, Towels, Bed-Linen, Bath Amenities, Check-Out max at 10.30am, Office Support (Mon-Fri / 10am-7pm CET, official Holiday excluded). The guest is responsible for taking care of the apartment and for the cleaning. Of cours we can provide a cleaning with change of towels and linen for an extra charge. Poblenou is the trendiest are in Barcelona. Famous for its strategic location just between the old historical district and the beaches. Poblenou keep the essence of its traditions and authentic quality of life. The famous Rambla of Poblenou with the restaurants, bars, the grocery markets and the art galleries make it as the ideal district for your holidays away from crowdy touristic areas.
