A semi-detached three-bedroom villa with own private pool situated in a peaceful and popular area of Santa Maria Estate, Mellieha. The villa is part of a 5 villa complex which makes it ideal for large group reunions, family gatherings or wedding accommodation. Each villa can be rented out seperately for smaller groups. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room and a terrace with bbq facilities. It is set in a peaceful villa area overlooking a valley. Villa Stephanotis offers spacious, recently refurbished accommodation that has been comfortably furnished throughout. Upon entrance, one finds a spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen with patio doors opening from the dining area onto the balcony with barbecue, where views over the swimming pool and the valley can be enjoyed. Villa Hibiscus can be interconnected with its next door Villa Stephanotis for larger groups. It is also next to Villa Gardenia, Sardinella and Narcis. Just a short drive away is the longest beach on the island, as well as a good choice of shops, restaurants and entertainment can also be found close to this popular holiday abode. The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the pool area and benefits from a welcoming natural light. It enjoys an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, a coffee machine and a dishwasher. The dining table is large enough to entertain a group of 6 persons. The living area enjoys generous seating space to have some quality time with your family or friends. This area enjoys a flat screen TV with digital TV Channels, a PlayStation 3 with an integrated Blu-ray DVD player and a Bluetooth speaker A guest WC/utility room is also available with a single washbasin, washing machine and a WC. All three bedrooms are found downstairs, two of which enjoy its own en suite while the other enjoys a separate bathroom. They all benefit from natural light. The first bedroom has a twin bed, dressing table, a spacious wardrobe and a flat screen TV with digital channels. This bedroom enjoys the use of a separate shower room with WC and single wash basin. The second bedroom enjoys a double bed, a dressing table, a large wardrobe, Safety deposit box and a flat screen TV with digital channels. Its en suite is equipped with a spacious shower, WC and vanity unit with a single washbasin. The third bedroom has a twin bed, wardrobe and a desk. It also has a Flat screen TV with digital channels. Its en suite has a shower, WC and a vanity unit with a single washbasin. The property is fully air conditioned and offers free WIFI. A hairdryer and ironing facilities are also available. The pricing of the villa includes bed linen, 2 towels per person (one small and one large) and a pool towel per person. It also includes weekly housekeeping including change of linen for stays longer than 7 nights. For our younger guests we offer complimentary cots and high chairs which needs to be booked in advanced. The sofa bed can be arranged for an additional cost. A variety of welcome packs is also available upon request. Travel: The distance to the Malta International airport is around 40 minutes by car. The distance to the Gozo channel ferry service in Cirkewwa is around 10 minutes by car. A car hire is strongly recommended in Malta Distances: The Villas are located just 2 minutes away from the nearest super market and around 5 minutes away from the centre of Mellieha village. Further Details: Mellieha village is a lively village with several shops, restaurants, banks and supermarkets where one can find daily needs, gifts and also for leisurely activities Guests can access all parts of the villas except the roof and equipment rooms We believe that guests need their privacy during their stay, so we had decided to give our guests their space. However we are just a phone call away should you need our assistance. The villas are situated in a quiet villa area where one can only find villas around. It is very close to Santa Maria beach which is a rocky beach just 5 minute walk away. The main road of the village of Mellieha is a 10 minute uphill walk from the villa and one can find bars, restaurants, supermarkets and other shops. Public transport is around 10 minute walk from the villa. One can also hire a car to go around Malta. The road of the villa is very quiet with plenty of parking spaces in it.
