"The living areas in the property consist of sitting area, with an open-plan kitchen/diner with a gas oven, four ring gas hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, a dining room area with seating for six guests, a sitting room with a Smart TV and a woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of one king bedroom, one double bedroom, and a twin bedroom, along with a bathroom. There is parking for two-three cars. Shop 1.8 miles, pub 2.1 miles. Note: The heating and hot water are heated by the wood-burning stove, there is an immersion for hot water in summer, and an electric shower. Note: The property has feather bedding. Note: The stairs are steep, and there are some low doorframes. Note; There is an external plug for EV charging. Note: The garden is not full enclosed for dogs, in additional please be aware that there are farm animals grazing in the surrounding fields."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
