"Black Sheep Cottage consists of a kitchen/diner with electric oven, halogen hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dining seating for four. There is also a sitting room with TV, DVD player and woodburning stove and a study with desk. There are two double bedrooms, serviced by a bathroom. Travel cot available. Outside there is an rear garden with patio with furniture, plus off-road parking for one car. Within 0.8 miles or less you will find a shop and a pub, and please note this is a smoke-free property and sorry, no pets. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. For a characterful base in Suffolk, choose black Sheep Cottage. Note: Steep, curved stairs and limited head hight in some areas, please bear this in mind when booking. Note: Logs for the woodburner can be purchased at the village shop"

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
