"There are two bedrooms: one double and one twin. The bathroom has a bath, a handheld shower, a basin, and a WC. There is a kitchen with a range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine, as well as a dining room and living room with woodburning stove. For entertainment there is WiFi. There is an electric central heating system and fuel, electricity, and a starter kit for a wood-burning stove are included in the rent. Parking for two cars is available off-road. A small, fenced-in gravel garden with a patio. Sorry, no smoking allowed. The nearest shop is 2.6 miles away, and the nearest pub is 1.8 miles away. Barn Cottage is a perfect dwelling for exploring the North York Moors."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
