This property is registered with the Andalusian Tourist board under the DECREE 28/2016 law. Registration number – VFT / MA/ 08319. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom first floor, south facing apartment. This bright spacious two bedroom apartment is well furnished with a bright sunny lounge and two double bedrooms. There is Air conditioning/heating throughout and complementary Wi-Fi and internet enabled TV with a selection of international channels is provided.. Situated close to the beach and within walking distance of all amenities this complex has extensive lawned tropical gardens and 2 sparkling free form swimming pools. The larger pool is open from 25th May - 11th October and the smaller pool is open from 1st May - 11th October. Opening hours vary. This property is next to the smaller pool. An ideal location for a family holiday and only 1km to the beach! As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property. The interior and terrace square metrages are estimates. ************************************************************************************************* There is a minimum booking period of 7 nights, after that extra nights are charged pro rata. Additional person supplement -75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels). A £30/€40 booking fee is payable on each booking. Linen and bath towels are provided at a charge of €15 for a 1 bedroom property, €30 for a 2 bedroom property and €45 for a 3 bedroom property. Special rates are available for bookings of four weeks and over – please ask for details. Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.
