(There are some steps to the front door). The bedrooms have two single beds in each and the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. There is also a second bathroom. The kitchen has been completely refurbished as have the bathrooms (no longer a bath). The private covered terrace off the lounge/ dining area and master bedroom, overlooks the pool and gardens perfect for al fresco dining. Amenities are a pleasant fifteen minute walk away and there is a local bar “just around the corner". Great choice for all age groups. There is Air conditioning throughout. WIFI & UK TV channels are provided. A beautiful free-form pool forms the center-piece of this popular complex. Surrounded by lovely tropical gardens Antares is a much sought after destination and is visited year after year by happy returning holidaymakers. The swimming pool on Antares is officially closed during the period - November 1st to April 30th. From May to October the pool is open when a lifeguard is present - times vary month to month. 1 - 12 May - Closed 13 - 31 Mayo - 11:00 to 19:00 June - 10:00 to 19:00 July & August - 09:00 to 20:00 September - 10:00 to 19:00 October - 11:00 to 19:00 As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property. The interior and terrace square metrages are estimates. Our staff are also on hand to make reservations, recommendations and ensure the smooth running of your holiday. Additional person supplement -75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels). A £30/€40 booking fee is payable on each booking. Linen and bath towels are provided at a charge of €15 for a 1 bedroom property, €30 for a 2 bedroom property and €45 for a 3 bedroom property. Special rates are available for bookings of four weeks and over – please ask for details. Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.
