"This terraced cottage hosts bedrooms; a double, and a single with a pull-out trundle bed (suitable for children only), along with a shower room. Inside you will also find a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine, and a lounge/diner with a multi-fuel stove. For entertainment there is a TV, WiFi, DVD, and a selection of books, games and DVDs. To the outside is roadside parking and an enclosed garden with furniture. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. You can find a shop and pub within 0.2 miles. No smoking. Resting in a lovely location with charming attractions not too far away, Herbies Cottage is a delightful retreat in the lovely area of Norfolk. Note: Bookings are to be Friday to Friday, Friday to Monday and Monday to Friday only. Please note: Trundle bed only suitable for child 12 and under, this means that the property can sleep up to 3 adults only. "

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
