This precious Majorcan stone construction stands out of a large area covered of a wild garden with all sorts of beautiful plants and flowers and breathtaking views to the mountains. In front of the house, an amazing area invites guests to have a breakfast, sunbathe on one of the four sun beds and to take a glass of champagne at sunset accompanied by the landscape. Likewise, there is an outdoor toilet. Then, you have a furnished porch to make a delicious barbecue. There are immediate neighbours. The property is a three-storey house. On the main floor, you will find a living room, perfect to chat all together or watch satellite TV. Then, you gain access to the kitchen-dining room, equipped with induction and gas worktop and direct output to the outside. The washing machine, the iron and the ironing board are right here. This floor is completed with a bedroom with two single beds, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with shower. Keep in mind that the privacy of this room is partial because there is no door, only a curtain. Going upstairs, you have access to another bedroom, equipped with a double bed, a wardrobe and also a radiator. On the last floor, there is the last bedroom with a double bed, air conditioner and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Here we can provide you a cot and there is also a high chair. There are two fans at your disposal. Sóller is one of the most beautiful and picturesque villages of the island. There are all sorts of supermarkets, cafeterias, restaurants and ice-cream parlours. Actually, Sóller traditionally-produced ice-creams are particularly well-known. By tram or even by bus you can get to Puerto de Sóller and have a good time in that marvellous beach. It is only 3.3 km far away from the house. In this area, there are lots of interesting excursions and tours to relax and discover the real Sierra de Tramuntana. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges. The holding of events is forbidden. Pets are not allowed. There are two outdoor parking places. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years. You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner.
