The exterior areas are spectacular and great for relaxing on the sun loungers beside the chlorine pool, with dimensions of 6 x 3 m and a depth from 1 m to 1.5 m, surrounded by 60 m2 of artificial turf. Enjoy a delicious open air breakfast, breathing the tranquility of the area. In the modern, bright interior you will find a unique and wide common area, equipped with air conditioning. The kitchen with vitro is fully equipped with everything you might need to prepare delicious meals and enjoy them in the beautiful dining area. The lounge has a comfortable sofa where you can spend some pleasant moments watching TV-Sat or just having a rest. The separate laundry has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The accommodation counts with 3 bedrooms, two with a double bed, and a third with two single beds. There are 2 bathrooms, both with shower. If traveling with babies, we can provide a cot and a highchair. There is a possibility to have heaters and fans, provided also on request. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation, Son Serra de Marina is the perfect place, without hotels, and with very natural, 100m long fine sandy beach, which is never overcrowded. A few km away, you will find Son Real, where you can make the hiking trail that passes through the necropolis of the century VII a.c., or swim to the island "Isla des Porros". We recommend you to visit the castle of Capdepera, 26 km from the house, with incredible views. The coves in the area of Betlem and Cala Clara also worth a visit.
