After a nice day on the beach, unwind on the spacious terrace while reading a good book or sunbathing on one of the four loungers. If you like cooking, you will be able to prepare tasty meat and vegetables on the barbecue or a pizza baked in a wood-burning oven. Because of the pine trees, the terrace is a shady place. Kids may enjoy the swings while adults refresh having an exterior shower. The plot is fenced and there are next door neighbours. This one storey house is decorated in a simple and cozy way. The living room with sofa, DVD-player and a TV with satellite channels adjoins the dining area, fitted with a dining table and 6 seats. The kitchen offers a basic equipment, including a dishwasher, microwave, some cooking utensils and a gas stove. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You can choose between four nice bedrooms with wardrobe. There's one room with a single bed and a bunk bed; but mind that this room is only for 2 people for reasons of space. The second bedroom comes with a double bed while the third is fitted with two twin beds. There's a bathroom with shower available. The fourth bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower bath is kind of special because it is located in the annex. Specifically, this means that this room is only accessible from outdoors. A cot and a high chair are available upon request. The quiet urbanization Son Serra de Marina is in the North of Mallorca. The natural beach is a mix of rocks, sand and pebbles and it is only 400 meters away. At the same time, the marina is quite close to this beach. At the end of the village, there's another nice natural sand beach and a restaurant. More services, supermarkets and leisure activities can be found in Can Picafort, 10 minutes driving. Son Serra de Marina is the right place for relax seekers, to enjoy nature and hike. Small pets up to 10 kg are welcome. The holding of events is forbidden.
