This beautiful villa offers the privileged opportunity to spend memorable moments both outdoors and on the beach, and there is no reason to give up anything! Imagine having breakfast under the porch and then enjoying a refreshing swim in the pool or on the beach, which you can reach by taking a short walk. The chlorine pool is private and sizes 8 x 4 m and 0.7 to 1.7 m deep. In its surroundings, you can sunbathe on 2 sun loungers or on the Balinese bed and, on the upper terrace, culminate the morning or the day in its magical chill-out corner. There is a mobile barbecue available. The modern and relaxing interior welcomes you with a beautiful room that unifies the living room, with the dining area and the kitchen. Here you can cook delicious dishes on the induction hob, eat all together and rest on the sofas watching a movie on TV (with Smart-TV and satellite channels). The laundry is provided with washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are three bedrooms with A/C, one with a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom, and the other two dormitories have two single beds. Two of the three dormitories have wardrobe and one with a hanger. There is a cot as well as a high chair. There is a second bathroom with shower in the accommodation. The house is equipped with gas central heating. The chalet is located in Son Serra de Marina, in a quiet and familiar coastal urbanisation, ideal for those who loves the coast and the tranquility at the same time. Its beach is really familiar, it is at only 850 meters away and it is visited mostly by its local inhabitants. There are bars and restaurants as well as a small grocery store. For larger purchases, you must go to Can Picafort. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is garage for a car and exterior parking for another one. The date of entry / departure is on Saturday from 27/06 to 29/08/2020 and from 26/06 to 28/08/2021.
