Very nice Villawith pool just steps from the sea, is perfect for groups or two families holidaying together. This lovely Villa is located at the north of the island in a very quiet area where you can find a lot of relaxing time with friends and family. The house has two diferents levels and offers comfort for two independent parties. The ground floor has a total of 3 bedrooms one with a single bed,one with double bed and the last one with two single beds, has also two bathrooms one with shower and the other with bathtub.There is a cozy living-dining area with television. A fully equipped kitchen and even a washing machine. On the first floor you will find the same division; 3 bedroom (single bed, double bed, two single beds), two bathrooms (bath and shower), washing machine, kitchen and living-dining area. There is also at the first floor nice balcony. At the terrace you will find a nice cozy garden furniture to start your holiday at the sun, from here you will find a nice size pool with sun beds, and also is available a bbq for nice evenings meals. - Presence Check-in in the house 24 hours: €40.00 /booking. - Tourist tax not included.
