Mallorca beach front line house. This lovely sea / beach front house is located in Son Serra de Marina next to Can Picafort, a famous sandy beach. Perfect family house for up to 6 persons. From the terrace and lounge-dining area you will enjoy the beautiful sea views. There is an open plan living/dining area with access to the panoramic sea view terrace, a separate well-equipped kitchen with pantry and laundry room The interior is spacious and bright. Enjoy the stunning sea views from the terrace where you can have drinks or dine, there is also a large dining table in the garden as well as sun loungers, and bbq, here you can relax and listen to the sound of the sea. There are three bedrooms, two with 2 doubles beds and one with 2 single beds. There are 2 full bathrooms with bath and shower. Amenities/Facilities: Fridge/freezer, hob/stove, iron, microwave, oven, washing wachine, wiFi, coffee maker, TV, sun loungers, storage space to keep the bicycles and much more. Feel the breeze of the sea throughout the house all day and night. Son Serra has some great restaurants (special for fish) and cafeterias, shops and supermarket. Many beaches and calas are close by like Can Picafort, Playa de Muro, Alcudia or Arta. All facilities are within walking distance, very central with the advantage of being near beach and promenade next to the sea. From Palma de Mallorca airport, it's just around 1 hour drive by car. Flexible changeover day, arrival at 15:00 hours departure at 10:00 hours. We work hard at accommodating everyone's needs so your holiday runs smoothly. If an earlier/later arrival or departure into the house is needed please enquire at the time of booking, it is not always possible but we will try to help. We request information about the day and time of your flight arrival and departure to organize the reception of clients and their departure. There is a charge for final cleaning and laundry. Prices for this property are in Euros. Refundable deposits are required for any damage to the property or contents, which will be refunded 48 hours after checking out by bank transfer, so we will request your bank details (full name, name and address of the bank, IBAN, swift or bic number) either before or on arrival. Bookings also taken for December to March. Long winter rental prices on request. From January 1st 2018, The Balearic government require a Balearic Tourist Tax, payable at the time of booking, prices vary depending on the duration of the stay and the season (Low or High). This tax is applicable for travelers over the age of 16 years old.You will need to pay this on arrival at the check in, if not already saved. Please note if your arrival to the property is between 21:00 and 23:00, there is a late check in fee of 50€ which can be paid in cash on arrival.
