Son Serra Marina sea view townhouse sleeps 5-6 people, 100 meters to the sea. This lovely bright sea view house is located in Son Serra de Marina with crystal clear water and natural sandy beach, it is a short drive to Can Picafort and Muro’s beaches. Perfect family house for 5-6 people with amazing panoramic sea and mountain views of the bay of Alcudia, from the lounge and sun terrace Decorated with a modern coastal style to reflect the colours of the sea and surrounding nature. It has an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge on the second floor to maximise the great views from the large windows, you can sit on the sofa and watch the sailing yachts on the sea. On the ground floor are three bedrooms, the master with double bed and en-suite bathroom, the second has two single beds and the third a single bed. The second and third bedroom share a bathroom with walk in shower. There is a separate toilet next to the lounge. There is a bunk bed at the basement which can be used for children up to 14 years old. The house has a beautiful sun terrace with fantastic views, here you can enjoy dining, and relaxing, there are sun beds, sofas, dining table and chairs, Weber gas BBQ grill and also an outside shower for cooling down on those hot summer days. At the entrance there is ample storage for bicycles, wind and kite surfing equipment, or surf or paddleboards. Amenities and facilities: The house is equipped with hot and cold airconditioning. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge/freezer, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster. Washing machine is located on the lower floor. Wifi internet, smart TV, satellite with some international channels (German, English, French). Son Serra de Marina is a very special part of Mallorca, there are no big hotels because it is a protected area. The long sandy beach is very natural, with lovely clear water for swimming. Depending on the weather it is also a top spot for surfing and windsurfing. All facilities are within walking distance, the house is very central with the advantage of being near the beach and promenade next to the sea. There are some great restaurants and bars, just 500 metres walk from the house, also supermarket and pharmacy. Many beaches and Calas are close by likeCan Picafort, Playa de Muro, Alcudia and Cala Ratjada. From Palma de Mallorca airport, it 's around 50-60 minutes drive by car. Flexible changeover day, arrival at 15:00 hours departure at 10:00 hours. We work hard at accommodating everyone's needs so your holiday runs smoothly. If an earlier/later arrival or departure into the house is needed please enquire at the time of booking, it is not always possible but we will try to help. We request information about the day and time of your flight arrival and departure to organize the reception of clients and their departure. There is a charge for final cleaning and laundry. Prices for this property are in Euros. Refundable deposits are required for any damage to the property or contents, which will be refunded 48 hours after checking out by bank transfer, so we will request your bank details (full name, name and address of the bank, IBAN, swift or bic number) either before or on arrival. Bookings also taken for December to March. Long winter rental prices on request. Added to the booking price will be the electricity which is not included, this will be a charge of 0,25€ per kWh by the meter reading. The numbers on the clock will be recorded and then again on the check out. This will be payable on the day you leave. From January 1st 2018, The Balearic government require a Balearic Tourist Tax, payable at the time of booking, prices vary depending on the duration of the stay and the season (Low or High). This tax is applicable for travelers over the age of 16 years old.You will need to pay this on arrival at the check in, if not already saved. Please note if your arrival to the property is between 21:00 and 23:00, there is a late check in fee of 50€ which can be paid in cash on arrival.
