Perfect family apartment for up to 4 persons. From the terrace, you will enjoythe beautiful views of the mountain and to the bay. Decorated with style to offer maximum comfort. An open plan living/dining area with well-equipped kitchen and fittings along with a lovely bright interior. Patio doors open onto the furnished terrace with a table with chairs. There are two bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with bunk beds. There is 1 bathroom with shower. The apartment is equipped with hot and cold air conditioning on the living room and bedrooms area. Amenities/Facilities: Fridge/freezer, hob/stove, iron, microwave, oven, washing machine, hot/cold airconditioning, coffee maker, TV, DVD player, storage space to keep the bicycles and much more. A perfect place to spend your holidays away from home in Mallorca. Son Serra de Marina is a very special part of Mallorca, there are no big hotels because it is a protected area. The long sandy beach is very natural, with lovely clear water for swimming. Depending on the weather, it is also a top spot for surfing and windsurfing. All are within walking distance, the house is very central with the advantage of being near the beach and promenade next to the sea. There are some great restaurants, cafés and bars are just 500 metres walk from the house and so with the supermarkets and pharmacies. Many beaches and Calas are close by like Can Picafort, Playa de Muro, Alcudia and Cala Ratjada. From Palma de Mallorca airport,it is around 50-60 minutes drive by car. Flexible changeover day, arrival at 14:00 hours departure at 11:00 hours. We work hard at accommodating everyone's needs so your holiday runs smoothly. If an earlier/later arrival or departure into the house is needed please enquire at the time of booking, it is not always possible but we will try to help. We request information about the day and time of your flight arrival and departure to organize the reception of clients and their departure. There is a charge for final cleaning and laundry. Prices for this property are in Euros. Refundable deposits are required for any damage to the property or contents, which will be refunded 48 hours after checking out by bank transfer, so we will request your bank details (full name, name and address of the bank, IBAN, swift or bic number) either before or on arrival. Bookings also taken for December to March. Long winter rental prices on request. From January 1st 2018, The Balearic government require a Balearic Tourist Tax, payable at the time of booking, prices vary depending on the duration of the stay and the season (Low or High). This tax is applicable for travelers over the age of 16 years old.You will need to pay this on arrival at the check in, if not already saved. Please note if your arrival to the property is between 21:00 and 23h00, there is a late check in fee of 50€ which can be paid in cash on arrival.
