Every floor has its own living room with access to a terrce or balcony. Ground floor: a big kitchen with a table for 10, living room with a sofa and TV and access to a terrace with BBQ. Here you have two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. First floor: living room with a sofa and TV, balcony with sea view, two double bedrooms and bathroom with shower. Second floor: Living room with sofa and TV, master bedroom with bathroom en-suite and access to a huge terrace with sea view. The house is equipped with aircon warm/cold. Our villa has baby cot and high chair. On the back side of the house you can enjoy pool 5x2 , shower with a warm water and sun loungers. Parking is posible outside the villa and it is for free. Our villa is bike friendly, you can securely store your bikes in the garage. Son Serra de Marina is located in the north of the island. Its a quier area near the senderism routes to Can Picafort, Colonia de Sant Pere. The house is 300m to the port away, to the sandy beach its about 400m.
