"The living spaces of this property include a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing/dryer, dishwasher and a living/dining room with dining seating for four, a Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite cloakroom, and a twin, serviced by a ground-floor bathroom with bath, hand-held shower, basin and WC. Outside there is a rear enclosed garden with lawn, patio, furniture and coal barbecue, and off-road parking for a medium-sized car. Within 0.3 miles you will find a shop and a pub and please note that two small/medium well-behaved dogs are welcome, however smoking is not allowed. Fuel, power, bed linen, towels and WiFi included in the rent. Make a getaway to the Cornish countryside with a stay at 4 Greenbank Terrace. Note: Starter pack of logs provided, additional can be purchased locally. Note: Please bring your own beach towels. Note the owner can not accept Thursday/Friday check ins within 48 hrs of departure"

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
