Details of the Cottage
"Parula is a coastal bolt-hole for two in the remote hamlet setting of Kelynack, one mile from the bustling town of St Just, in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Walkers, beachcombers, bird watchers, artists, and city escapees will love it here! Access to the rugged West Penwith coastline, which is a string of beautiful bays and coves, is a 10 minute walk. Follow the coast path west along tall granite cliffs to Gwenver Beach, Sennen Cove and Land-Æs End or head east towards Cape Cornwall and St Just where you will find good pubs, cafes and delicatessens as well as several art galleries. Follow the scenic coast road to St Ives for world-class beaches and restaurants. This newly refurbished bungalow sits beside the owners home. You will find a spacious bedroom and sparkling shower room with a shower that is large enough for two. The kitchen is well equipped and the sitting room has plump sofas, good books/games, a dining table and a door to the private patio. There is off-road parking for one car. Designed for couples and practical for trips to the Isles of Scilly, Parula sits adjacent to Lands End Aerodrome."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
