"The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, a dining room with ample seating and a sitting room with Smart TV wit Freeview and an electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, a ground-floor double with an en-suite and a twin bedroom, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a patio area with furniture and off-road parking for 3 cars. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Sorry, no smoking at this property. One well-behaved dog is welcome. Please note: pets are not permitted on the furniture or bedding, and please refrain from allowing your dogs upstairs or to be left unattended. Within 1.9 miles there is a shop, and within 1.1 miles, a pub. For a beautiful base to explore North Yorkshire, choose Valley View.
