"The living areas in this single-storey, detached lodge include a studio-style layout with a king-size bed, a dining table for two, a TV and woodburning stove, along with a shower room. There is also a separate kitchen with a combi microwave/oven, induction hob, and fridge with ice box, and a dressing room. Outside there is a side garden with furniture and off-road parking for one car. Within 0.4 miles, there is a shop, and within 1.8, a pub. Please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburner, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Note: This property is located in the owner's garden. Note: Bathrobes and slippers will be provided for guest use. The Forge is a historic setting for your next romantic holiday in Suffolk. Please note this property can only accept Holiday Rental bookings.Note: A Ninja Foodie is available on request"

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
