If you want peace and quiet beside a lovely pool, beautiful sea views and a luxury home from home not far from the sea then this fabulous house situated in a private village development is for you. Situated in the village of Tala 6km north of Paphos with its harbour, beaches, hundreds of restaurants and many tourist shops you will find your peaceful luxurious air-conditioned two-bedroom house. There are views from upstairs across Paphos to the crystal blue Mediterranean Sea. This beautiful house is positioned within a horse-shoe shaped cul-de-sac full of flowers such as Jasmine, Hibiscus and Borgonvillia. It is a small, private and very select development in a quiet residential area with parking at the front of the house. The patio/garden at the back of the house overlooks the pool where a few steps lead from the back garden to the large kidney-shaped pool, which is sheltered from the wind and has plenty of sun. This lovely south-facing pool is for the sole use of the residents and is surrounded by beautiful flowering trees and shrubs which are well established and modern personal sun-beds and sun shade are provided for your exclusive use. The pool is subtly lit at night and a pool shower is available. The Master Bedroom has been newly fitted to a very high standard. The new contemporary bedroom suite in chocolate brown solid hardwood consists: a new comfortable double-bed with mattress topper, two bedside tables with matching lamps, a large 6 draw dresser with mirror above and new rugs. The room has air-conditioning, ceiling fan, patio doors with fly-screens and shutters, balcony with far reaching views over Paphos, the Mediterranean Sea and the pool. Bedroom 2 provides 2 single beds + 1 collapsible bed, fitted wardrobes, drawers, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, fly-screens and shutters. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we could think of and comes complete with cooker, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, hoover, iron and ironing board. There is a good selection of saucepans, cutlery & crockery etc. The open plan kitchen leads directly to the dining and lounge area and a separate shower room and wc. The lounge/diner is very comfortably furnished with 3 seater and 2 seater sofas, pine dining furniture, coffee and occasional tables. There are two ceiling fans, Digital Satellite TV with all UK terrestrial and radio channels, Wifi and a CD player. Patio doors lead to the private patio/garden which is furnished with a table and chairs, pergola, outdoor fan and lighting, and overlooks the lovely communal pool. The fully tiled family bathroom finished to a high standard is fitted with a bath and shower, WC and extractor fan. Fitted cupboards allow for plenty of storage space. Bed linen and towels are provided (except beach towels). The quiet cul-de-sac provides ample parking & pretty open-plan front gardens to each house. As Siesta Dreams is set in a small private residential development you would be living along-side a number of our quiet and peaceful resident neighbours. Our villa would therefore appeal to those who would enjoy this kind of quiet and relaxing lifestyle. The locality A couple of bars, restaurants, hairdressers and an English Delicatessen are located within 200 metres and the main traditional village square is no more than 600 metres away area. Here you will find a quaint square with church, supermarket, a smattering of Cypriot tavernas and a number of fantastic restaurants some with breathtaking views overlooking Paphos and the surrounding coastline. As Cyprus is such an interesting country to explore with its quaint villages, historical sights, countryside and coastline and to ge the very best from your holiday, we would recommend the hire of a car. And to make things even easier, in Cyprus you drive on the same side of the road as in the UK and road signs are in English too!
