The furnished interior offering a high standard of comfort, comprises of a 400m² of covered living area, with a separate dining and kitchen area, huge living room, plus five en suite bedrooms all containing, new 32 inch Led Flat screen TV with 2 HDMI sockets and a USB connection, radio, powerful air conditioning, central heating and for added comfort, fly screens are fitted throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality tableware and cutlery. It includes an electric oven & hob, two big refrigerators for large families (one for food and one for drinks), freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, juice maker, blender, pop corn machine, coffee machine, toaster...everything, even a separate water refrigerator with 3 free bottles of water. There is a large dining table for 10 persons and a separate breakfast bar with 3 stools for less formal dining. The spacious living area is tastefully furnished with Italian style furniture in soft blue colors and features 4 elegant leather sofas and 3 armchairs, huge satellite plasma TV, a DVD player with 100 great DVD movies, Minix TV system for unlimited internet movies with international channel options, a PlayStation console with the best 20 games, a big selection of books, two big boxes with children games and a Radio cd-usb player. The first of the bedrooms are found on the ground floor, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and a twin bedroom with en suite shower room. Both of these bedrooms have patio doors that lead directly to the pool terrace. A separate guest cloakroom completes the ground floor accommodation. The three remaining bedrooms are located on the first floor. There are two further twin bedrooms, one with en suite shower room, the other with en suite bathroom and both sharing a balcony that overlooks the pool and beyond to the waves that gently break against the Coral Bay coastline. The villa has a high speed wireless internet connection and a central alarm system (no cameras). Also the villa has central heating so can be enjoyed in comfort all year round. The villa offers extensive outdoor shaded areas including an outdoor shaded dining area and a shaded outdoor lounge area which offer stunning sea views. The outdoor grounds are arranged over two levels. The first tier provides plenty of space for al fresco dining with a large rattan table for ten, a relaxing area with rattan sofas for 10, cd player, a professional aluminum ping pong table and a huge pergola shade cover area with a Superleague 7x4 Slate Bed Pub Pool Table many gym equipment and rattan furniture. The BBQ area features, a built in BBQ, a wooden pergola, and Rattan table with chairs for ten. A charcoal bbq with skewers, and a big stainless steel gas BBQ is provided. Additional the BBQ area has an outside sing with drinkable water to clean and prepare your meal. Generally the BBQ area, has all the equipment for cooking and having great meals and excellent time out at the fresco. Moving to the lower tier of the exterior grounds you will find the spacious sunbathing terrace with the impressive 12m x 6m private swimming pool with walk in steps and ladder. An added feature for families with young children is that the swimming pool terrace is gated and enclosed by railings so access to the pool, can be monitored. The pool depth starts from one meter and is ending at two. The swimming pool huge area is equipped with 10 very comfortable sunbeds,5 umbrellas, tables, chairs, and a poolside shower. All set among complete privacy and luxury next to mature and very well maintained gardens. The large driveway offers private parking space for up to 10 cars. The villa enjoys privacy and seclusion and she is the perfect venue for hosting large family celebrations, party’s and is ideal for weddings.
