"The living areas in this three-storey home consist of a kitchen/sunroom with a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, a dining room, and a sitting room with sofa bed (suitable for 1 person) and Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a second-floor king-size with en-suite, a double, and a twin (zip/link), serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is a front small patio, and parking in a public car park. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Highchair, travel cot and stairgate available. You'll find a shop, pub and the beach in 0.4 miles. Enjoy a seascape in Devon at 27 Exeter Street. Note: There are steps to the exterior, please take care. Note: The staircase up to the second floor is steep and narrow; please take care. Note: This property does not have a dedicated outdoor space or parking; please be aware whilst booking."

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
