Outside there is a courtyard with furniture, a rear garden with patio, lawn, furniture, barbecue, shared access to lawn for exercising dogs and hot tub, and off-road parking for two cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. You'll find both a shop and a pub in 0.1 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Hope House Stables is a charming base, well-positioned to explore Devon. Note: The ownerÔÇÖs property is located next door. Note: The owners may occasionally need to access the courtyard to use the outdoor tap. Note: No stag or hen parties or similar. Note: This property will only accept Monday or Friday check ins between May and September"
