With five bedrooms, three bathrooms with a shower, a large kitchen and a large living room equipped for the 10 people who can travel to this beautiful apartment located in one of the best and well-kept communities in the area. A quiet community, orderly and used to having vacation travelers, we remind you that the community has schedules and rules of coexistence, respect them and read the information posters that the management of the same places in the common areas. You can use the swimming pools and enjoy the hammocks and garden areas of the community (hammocks not assigned). You can also go to the beach through an underground and illuminated pedestrian access that will take you to quiet sand and rock beaches along the aforementioned coastal path. This path is ideal for walking, doing a bit of exercise and enjoying a pleasant walk with your family, you will find different restaurants along the way where you can have a snack or enjoy the summer gastronomy of Malaga. To access the apartment you have to go up to a second one without an elevator, so the accommodation is not considered suitable for people with reduced mobility or the disabled. At your entrance, the first view of the accommodation offers you the room of the spacious living room, with sofas, chairs and a large television where you can rest, have lunch and make family gatherings create the memory you are looking for on your vacation. The other three bedrooms, one of which has direct access to the glazed terrace, have two double beds (one per bedroom) and the third bedroom has two single beds. All the bedrooms have shutters, blinds to have more privacy with the shutter open, windows to the outside that make the rooms very bright. It also has built-in wardrobes to keep your luggage in an orderly manner. One of the built-in cabinets houses the hot water system and has less space than the rest, but enough for everything to be tidy. It will have three full bathrooms with large shower trays.
