This two bedroom apartment is located in a well maintained complex complete with a communal swimming pool, green area and only a 10-minute walk from the beach. It is 53 m2 and consists of a spacious, light and airy living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate kitchen. It is equipped with new furniture, appliances, dishes, linens and towels. Spanish Television is also available. Air conditioning in the viling room. It sleeps up to 4 people. Pets are not allowed and smoking is also not permitted. It is within walking distance to many bars, restaurants and supermarket. The distance to the sea is about 600 meters. There is no English television but almost all the shows and movies on Spanish channels can be seen in the original version (English). The process of check-in is from 14:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed.
