The apartment has new furniture and appliances, 1 bedroom, lounge, kitchen, bathroom and a spacious terrace. Four beds, being a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed for two people in the salon. It is equipped with new furniture, plasma TV, dishes, linens, iron, hair dryer, Spanish TV. The living room has air conditioner. On the terrace there is nice furniture for outdoor relaxing. The apartment has stunning views of the sea. Located within walking distance to an array of shops, restaurants, parks and the famous promenade of Torrevieja. The beach is 20 meters. There is no English television but almost all the shows and movies on Spanish channels can be seen in the original version (English). The process of check-in is from 14:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. INTERNET: As long as housing available INTERNET (WI-FI), the price of the service is 20 € in the event the rent does not exceed 7 nights and if it is equal to or greater than 7 nights, the Internet service will be free.
