This two-story duplex is spread out over 100 m2 located in the beach resort of La Mata within walking distance from the sea. It has three bedrooms, a spacious lounge, kitchen, two bathrooms, and solarium. It is equipped with furniture, appliances, dishes, linens and towels. There are air conditioning in the living room, Russian TV is also available. In front of the duplex there is a patio complete with outdoor furniture and a large sun umbrella. It is within walking distance to many cafes, supermarket restaurants and much more local amenities. The blue flag beaches of La Mata is about 500 meters. It can sleep up to seven people. There is no English television but almost all the shows and movies on Spanish channels can be seen in the original version (English). The process of check-in is from 14:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. INTERNET: As long as housing available INTERNET (WI-FI), the price of the service is 20 € in the event the rent does not exceed 7 nights and if it is equal to or greater than 7 nights, the Internet service will be free.
