The corner apartment is on the 6th floor, an elevator is available. In front of the house there are about 25 parking spaces. The weekly market takes place on Wednesdays. La Mata is characterized by a very good infrastructure. Bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, bank, butcher, fishmonger, restaurants, cafes and other small shops are within walking distance. The festivals are held in the market square, which is lined with cafes and restaurants. From the apartment you can reach the 12 km long sandy beach in about 2 minutes.
